I attended a health seminar at the Gumilang Regency Hotel, but I didn't stay the night. While the ballroom was decent, I struggled with a poor sound system that made me project my voice uncomfortably. The food was just average, and the service left a lot to be desired; it took far too long to get a fork for my meal. Overall, I was disappointed and feel that staff training and equipment upgrades are needed.
